Sorry für den Doppelpost, aber ich hab zu dem Thema was in einem anderen Forum gefunden, was hierzu passt:
"I don't think this is a surefire way to do this but it works for me. I've had people that have no clue what lucid dreams are and don't remember their dreams and it wirked for them. First, when i lie in bed, then i look at my arlarm clock. Lets say it's 9:00 PM. I count on my fingers by five. So each finger gets five hours. Now counting on your fingers say outlound i have 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 hours of sleep. (this only works if you beleive that you do. When you go to sleep if done right you should have a very long dream like days. Now all you have to do is just have a lucid dream in one of these dreams and you will have a long dream.
Or when you wake up you won't by tired at all.
I've experemented with this for a while it does work but i would recomend saying you will get 12-14 hours of sleep then work you way up. Just when your conting on your hands since you ussualy get 8 hours of sleep you should only use your first eieght fingers and count by 2s.
Yeah i suck at writing in general, if you need help just ask."
